Of late, both Brazil and California are in the global news due to drought issues. I’m holding on to hope that Mother Nature sees fit to bring about ‘nature-based’ corrections for both places sooner rather than later. (Of note: advanced weather predictions point to a wetter than usual 2015 winter in California.) Brazil and California also share another distinction: surfing. I’ve yet to travel to Brazil and see for myself places like Rio, Santa Catarino, or Sao Paulo, but I never say never!
These images; updated to represent only the graphics created and currently available from some of my surfer photography done here in California, are a nod to surfers and ocean lovers the whole globe over.
You can see individual designs based on ‘Australia: Surfer’s Paradise’ here
You can see individual designs based on, ‘Surfing: The Still Before the Wave’ here
You can see individual designs based on, ‘Surfer Rides the Wave’ here
And lastly, (for now!) you can see individual designs based on, ‘A Surfer Leads the Wave’ here
The first collage of shots I loaded with this post spotlighted several other designs. I figure I can always add them one at a time as I complete them in the future… Chances are, you’ll see them here first!
