K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: Shadows and Silhouettes

Hello Monday, and welcome to a new version of yourself…

It is indeed Monday most places on the planet as you read these words. I hope you and those you know enjoyed a good weekend leading up to Monday. We here in California passed through a few rain showers, rain that’s much needed so there will be no complains from me.

photo prompts, blog challenges

Mondays here also bring about a new version of, ‘K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge’. For those who don’t know, on Fridays, my buddy Dale, check out his excellent offering here,  and I take turns offering various prompts to challenge your creative energies. If you recall the prompt from this past Friday was:

Shadows and Silhouettes

Now, on Friday I did mention we’ve used this particular prompt in the past, but it happens to be one of my favorites soooooo…

Here’s what I decided to do with Shadows and Silhouettes this time around:

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Four images, four instances where I thought Shadows and Silhouettes were either originally impressive enough or could be manipulated photographically to create something interesting.

I know I’m not the only one out there who sees, experiences, thinks about or photographs images which spotlight Shadows and Silhouettes. If you are considering joining us on the , ‘K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, it’s not hard. Here’s what you do:

Create your post based on our prompt: Shadows and Silhouettes, then copy that post’s URL so that you can then paste it into the comment section of this or my buddy Dale’s post today. Doing this will allow others to find, view, and applaud your work easily. Lastly, be sure to use our tag #CosPhoChal, which gives another means of everyone seeing your work.

Here’s hoping your Monday is filled with Shadows and Silhouettes… lots of light too!
