K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: When Night Turns to Day

Welcome Everyone to another Monday. It’s actually NOT raining here… for now so it does feel welcoming! …we’ve been getting our share this past week or so!)

We’re also greeting another in the ‘K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge’ today, with Dale taking the helm and setting the tone with the following prompt:

When Night Turns to Day

Some of you will remember this as the opposite of the prompt I set last week:

When Day Turns Into Night

As I mentioned in my Friday post, I’d been considering a number of photos that would have fit the bill for this week’s challenge, but decided not to use any of them in favor of attempting something new.

For a look-see at what Dale, creator of this challenge cooked up,take a look here.

I wanted to work with a single image, but as is the case often with me, I decided to go with a trio of photos taken throughout the year- yet all possessing the vibe of night becoming the day.

As I also sometimes do, I went with the slideshow effect for these images. I’ve become a big fan of mini-slideshows in posts as they give you an image for a few seconds then effortlessly move on to another.

What do you think?

What about joining us for the challenge?

Here’s what you’d need to do:

Create your post as usual. Give it a similar title to the one you’ll find through the link above to Dale’s post or this post you’re currently reading! Next, you can create a ‘pingback’ by copying the URL of your post and pasting it in the comment section of either Dale’s post (link above!) or mine. This speeds up the process of others finding your work. Lastly, add the tag #CosPhoChal to your tag section and you’re done!

Have a great week!
