K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: Patterns in/From Nature

Welcome to a brand new Monday. It may not be new where you are, and if you’re in Australia watching Australian Open tennis (wish it was me!), it could very well already be Tuesday.

Mondays around these parts are known for another phenomenon, The ‘K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge’. This week, my buddy Dale took the charge and laid the challenge for us with the following prompt:

Want to take a look at what Dale went with for his own challenge? Easy, have a look right here

As for me, I chose to do a collage, one where I got to explore a number of shots I’ve taken over the past year or so, of raindrops/dew patterns on various plants and flowers. I added a bit of effect on the collage background, which then took away a bt of the sharpness and clarity of the photos. I could have simply left the effects out; opting for straight -on photography, but like Dale, I enjoy the experiments sometimes.

Here’s what I came up with:

You know, joining in on there challenges are not nearly as complex as they might look. Here’s all you need to do:

Create your post as you normally do. Give your new work a title similar to mine or Dale’s. Copy the post’s URL and paste it into the comment section of either this post or Dale’s challenge post. Lastly, add our #CosPhoChal tag to your list of tags and that’s all you need to do!

Happy Monday!
