K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: What’s the Prompt?

prompts, challenges, photography, creativity

Welcome All to another Friday. We here in Northern California are again watching the rain fall, BUT this particular storm will move on, leading to some awesome weather real soon.

In the meanwhile, this rainy day provides the perfect foil for the ‘K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge’ new prompt which is:

photo story

So, here’s what I’m thinking.

Photos tell stories.

Photos often tell stories even when we- the photographer(s) may not have intended our shots to necessarily be story-driven???

For that reason and because I thought this would be an interesting prompt, I’m looking for photos that engage both the eye and the mind. In other words(!), can you see the story without being told there is one?

shadows and silhouettes, photo challenge

So, there you have it. This coming Monday, we’re looking for storytelling in your photos. If you’re considering joining us on this challenge, here’s how you’d do it:

Go ahead and create your post as you normally would. ‘The Story Behind the Photo’ will be my title. Yours can be something similar. Once my post is up on Monday, you can copy the URL of your post and paste it into the comment section of my post or my buddy Dale’s post.

Lastly, be sure to use our tag #CosPhoChal in your tag section and you’re done!

Happy weekend everyone!
