K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: What’s the Prompt?

prompts, challenges, photography, creativity

Well, this Friday ended up with the type of surprise elements I kind of don’t want to experience again!

Yes, welcome to Friday at Obzervashual, where by this time of the day (here it’s late afternoon), I’d (usually) have already presented you all with the latest in the ‘K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge’ prompt for this coming Monday.

I didn’t get to finish off and transmit the post I’d been working on earlier because… wait for it…

We had a massive power outage which not only rendered a large portion of The City power-less, but took away all means of internet usage from myself and countless others until, oh a few hours ago.

I could dwell on it, the inconvenience of it, but why bother? Instead, I’ll get to the post and as mentioned earlier, present you with the latest prompt for our upcoming challenge. I call it:

shadows and silhouettes, photo challenge

What’s the prompt again?

Mirror, Mirror!

As my buddy Dale and I always say when it comes to these challenges, you are free to interpret and create in any way you like. All we ask is that your finished masterpiece has something to do with the title prompt!

Got an idea burning the insides of your mind to be released onto the page? Sure you do, and here’s how you should proceed if you decide to join us on this quest:

Create your post as you normally would, only make the title and the subject matter ‘mirror’ (see what I did there?) the prompt in whatever way you choose.

Copy the URL of your freshly created piece and come Monday, paste it into the comment section of either my Monday challenge post or the one you find at Dale’s site right here.

Don’t forget to add our #CosPhoChal tag to your tags and you’re all done!

Here’s hoping you all have a fantastic weekend, power on or off!
