K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: Exteriors

prompts, challenges, photography, creativity

Why start a post here on Obzervashunal on a MONDAY with a single word? Well, for a real answer to this question, you’d have to go back to my Friday post, which represents the latest in the, ‘K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge’.

In that Friday post, I mention choosing this prompt as a direct response to my buddy Dale’s prompt the previous week. That prompt was INTERIORS.

So, here we are on a brand new Monday with me unveiling my interpretation of this new prompt, EXTERIORS.

What’s the prompt again?

What did I go for?

San Francisco’s Grace Cathedral has several amazing  doors as you approach the cathedral’s entrance. These golden doors are called, ‘The Doors of Paradise‘.

As I’ve been doing for some months now, I decided to create a slideshow of several photos I took a while ago. Trust me when I say, these photos do not do The Doors of Paradise justice:

Three photos meant to show off several EXTERIORS I think are pretty cool.

What do you think?

More importantly, what does the word EXTERIORS bring to your mind?

You know you could show us by joining our challenge. Here’s what you’d need to do:

Create your post as you normally do. Give it a title where you use at least one of the keywords from the image/prompt title above. Once done you can copy your post’s URL and paste it into the comment section of either Dale’s or this challenge post.

Lastly, if you add our #CosPhoChal tag to your post’s tags it makes it easy for others to see and cheer for your work!

  1. Hi – I left you a gmail email some days ago – didn’t know if you got it. I skip emails a lot. ( it’s last on my list of favorite things to do.) Let me know if you’re still interested.

    1. Hi Sonni. Unfortunately, I didn’t get you email. Not sure what happened. When did you send it? As for your book cover, you’ll just need to let me know more about what you’re looking for, then we can take it from there. Hope all is well!
