K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: Let the Sun Shine In!

prompts, challenges, photography, creativity

Monday! Monday! It’s good to see you for several reasons. One reason would be that this particular first Monday in September is a holiday here in the States. We call it Labor Day. It’s typically the ‘last hurray’ of Summer, where folks get outdoors for picnics, barbecues, and for some- fireworks and beach fun.

I didn’t do any of this. Big reason?

HEAT WAVE. The type of heat that here in the Bay Area broke just about every record in existence. It was hot.

The good news here?

I had lots of opportunity to get shots to use for the latest, K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge. The only problem? You guessed it,

THE HEAT!

With the too warm air in mind, I decided to pull together a few shots from my archives that I felt represented the, Let the Sun Shine In’ prompt well.

You can check out my buddy Dale’s excellent take on the prompt right here

Here’s what I came up with(in slideshow mode!):

So, there you have it. My take on, ‘Let the Sun Shine In’, our latest prompt in the K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.

What’s your take?

Considering joining us on this creative quest?

Here’s how you do it:

Create your post as you normally do. Let the title, Let The Sun Shine In inspire your title.  Once done, you can copy your post’s URL and paste it into the comment section of Monday’s challenge post from either Dale (linked above!!!) or yours truly (me!). This creates what’s called a ‘pingback’, letting others see your amazing work.

Lastly, add our #CosPhoChal tag to your post’s tags and you’re done!

Happy remainder of your Monday!

Happy Labor Day!
