K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: Fungi!

new years resolution, photo challenge

Welcome All to another Monday here at Obzervashunal.

We, my buddy Dale and I, have another unveiling in our K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge available for your viewing consideration.

What’s the prompt again?

This week, Dale took on the responsibility and came up with the following prompt:

Now, as is the case with all of our challenges, we leave the interpretation of the prompt to you. In other words, you could focus your creative energies on MUSHROOMS. They are after all a form of fungi and as such would fit the challenge bill just fine.

K'lee and Dale's Cosmic Photo Challenge, prompt challenge, creating a challenge

… dreaming of a new prompt…

Funny thing, that’s what I thought I’d be doing right up until today when I returned home to get working on this post. Seems at the last minute I remembered a few photos I took many months ago- photos that seemed made for this particular prompt.

The results are below:

What do you think? Better yet, what would you do with a prompt like this? We’d love to see your interpretation. If you’re considering joining us, here’s what you’d need to do:

Create your post as you normally do. The word FUNGI should be somewhere in your new prompt post.

Once done, you can copy your post’s URL and paste it into the comment section of Monday’s challenge post from either Dale (linked above!!!) or yours truly (me!). This creates what’s called a ‘pingback’, letting others see your amazing work.

Oh, don’t forget to check the link up top to see Dale’s amazing work!

Lastly, add our #CosPhoChal tag to your post’s tags and you’re done!

Here’s hoping the remainder of your Monday …well isn’t covered in …

  1. I liked your “sprouted lichen” one the best. I was thinking, if I had a microscope and knew what I was doing, I might be able to come up with some interesting pictures of fungi. I assume some of them are very small.

My contribution should appear soon as a pingback.
