Ah, it’s so hard to say goodbye… to another year! Strangely, some folks I know are kind of happy to say goodbye to twenty-seventeen. It’s certainly been a year filled with um, interesting world events… a few interesting ones here on the home front too… (I’ll leave them all for a future post!)
I guess the main thing for all of us, still here living a life on planet Earth, to focus on is we are still here, preparing to welcome in a new year and hopefully have a say or three in how this new year plays out?
Here at Obzervashunal, and at my buddy Dale’s site, Fridays (’cause today is one of those Fridays) are all about the offering of new prompts in our ongoing, K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.
Now, with the new year right around the bend, it’d make sense to simply challenge you all with a prompt focused on said New Year, right.
Well, instead of a prompt focused solely on twenty-eighteen, I wanted to propose the following challenge:
Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow
Now, the way Dale and I like to do our challenges is to give anyone joining us complete free rein in how you want to define the prompt.
What do those three words above mean to you?
Can you turn those three words into either a single photo, collage, or my favorite- a slideshow? Take on this challenge and it’s your choice.
If you’ve never joined us before, it’s not all that difficult. Here’s what you do:
Create your post as you normally do. Give it a title hopefully using the Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow prompt. Once your post’s a finished thing, copy its URL and come Monday, which will be the first day of the new year, paste it into the comment section of either the challenge post you’ll fine here or at Dale’s site (linked up above!) Doing so creates what’s commonly referred to as a ‘pingback’.
Lastly, be sure to use our #CosPhoChal tag along with your other tags and you’re done!
Here’s to a great New Year!
