Greetings All, and welcome to the first full week of twenty-eighteen here at Obzervashunal. I hope you bought in the New Year just the way you intended and that we all find ways to make this year even more meaningful than last year.
With that said, it’s time for the offering of our second, K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge prompt of twenty-eighteen, which this week is bought to us by my buddy Dale.
By his own words, he’s decided to keep things simple and suggests the following prompt:
Easy, right? I mean many of us are still deeply entrenched in Winter’s grip, so a photo or three of what that means for you shouldn’t be too hard a proposition if you’re considering taking on our humble challenge this week.
It bears repeating, as we do each week, with our challenges you do get to define the prompts in any way you see fit. I mean, feasibly, you could offer up a photo(s) depicting winter with swaying palm trees and you drinking a mai-tai on the beach. That scene could very well be the winter you’re experiencing right now (in which case I’m kind of jealous…).
If you do decide to join us for this challenge, know you’ve got the rest of the weekend to work it all out before the official unveiling on Monday.
If you’ve never taken one of our challenges, not to worry. They’re pretty easy. Here’s all you need to do:
Create your post as you normally do. It will help immensely having the word WINTER somewhere in the title. Come Monday, copy your new challenge post’s URL and paste it into Dale’s or my challenge post’s comment section, creating what’s commonly referred to as a ‘pingback‘; a means of letting others experience your creativity quickly.
Lastly, be sure to add our #CosPhoChal tag to any other tags you choose to use and you’re done!
Hope you’re all doing your absolute best at enjoying the rest of this weekend wherever you happen to be- even if it’s on that warm beach I mentioned earlier…?
See you on Monday!
