Welcome All to another Friday here at Obzervashunal. Here in northern California we’ve got ourselves a day full of gray skies and fat rain drops falling from them. Those drops may or may not continue into Saturday. We’ll see what transpires atmospherically.
Many of us here in California have learned no matter how inconvenient the rain may be to your day, it’s a blessing and just might keep us out of another drought! Besides, I know I always appreciate the return of the sun all the more after a little rain so… yeah, there’s that.
In the meanwhile, our not-so-sunny skies have helped me come up with a brand new prompt in the ongoing, K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.
I figure with last week’s challenge, given to us by Dale, my buddy and partner in Cosmically Photographed Crime (the creative kind, of course!), being all about Black and White Easter, this was the perfect opportunity to reintroduce a spot of color into the mix for this week’s challenge.
I’m calling this one:
COSMICALLY CREATED COLOR!
What does it mean? As always with our challenges, the definition of this newly formed prompt is in your hands… literally. See, we always ask those of you who choose to participate to do the defining yourselves!
No. Really. We don’t mind, in fact, we insist because the challenges always come out much better- more interesting when you do.
I’ll say this:
My take on COSMICALLY CREATED COLOR is color that exploded off the page! It’s color you can’t look away from. It’s color that grabs a hold of your senses and refuses to let go.
See what I mean?
Go ahead, start with those few concepts and I bet you in no time you’ll have begun creating something so PHENOMENAL, so COLOR-FILLED, so AMAZING, you’ll hardly be able to wait until Monday when we do our grand unveiling!
Now, I admit, I’m not sure what direction I’m going to take answering this challenge, BUT you can be sure there will be no gray skies in my photographic choices!
What about you? Considering joining in on our challenge this week? It’s not so hard a thing to do:
Just create a post like you normally do. Make it and the title you choose all about color of the cosmically -created variety.
Once completed, come Monday, copy your new challenge post’s URL and paste it in either the challenge post you’ll find here at Obzervashunal or over at Dale’s site (as always, linked up above!) This action creates a ‘pingback’, making it much easier for others to find and admire your work.
Finish it all off by remembering to use our #CosPhoChal tag, along with any other tags you deem worthy of your post and, sir or ma’am are done!
Here’s to an amazing, color-filled, rain-less, weekend to you all!
