K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge: The Spirit of Rain

New K n D Prompt Shot

finding new ways to get Cosmic!

Greetings All.

Welcome to another Monday here at Obzervashunal. I appreciate every day of the week, but Mondays are special because it’s the day of the week my buddy Dale and I do our latest unveiling for our weekly, K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.

The ‘helm’ is in my hands this week, and on our ‘prompt day’ (Fridays for everybody else!), I offered up the following:

THE SPIRIT OF RAIN

Now, I know, there are just all kinds of ways to interpret a prompt like this. Dale and I make it a habit of leaving the creative door wide open, allowing YOU (if you choose to join us) to create any type of cosmic photo challenge-based answer you want!

Having set this prompt before you, I originally wanted to run with a single shot of an iconic San Franciscan landmark, which I then gussied up in a rainy disguise.

I have since changed my mind (again) to include a second shot I though fit perfectly with the theme and the ‘spirit’, if you will, of the challenge.

Here’s what I did:

Okay, I actually added yet another shot, bringing my contribution to the challenge to three. The Golden Gate Bridge, The always amazing and moody Botanical Garden, and the windswept and wonderful Sutro Heights, which overhangs the Pacific Ocean.

What about you???

I know you’ve got some RAIN SPIRIT in you. Why not join us and show the world what you make of this prompt! (alright, maybe not the ENTIRE world, but a chunk of it!)

If you need a few instructions on how we do it, check out my last (Friday) post for more info.

In the meanwhile, here’s to a great rest of your Monday, which I’m hoping leads into a fantastic week ahead for us all!
