It’s cold today.
Having commented on the current temperature settings of my outdoor surroundings, I realize the term ‘cold’ is relative. I mean to say ‘cold’ here in Northern California is nowhere near as cold as say, Big Sky Montana is or was today.
Without a doubt, I can say the following:
I’m grateful to be inside right now; to have a place I can call ‘inside’ right now.
I know there are countless people around this globe who don’t.
As I sit and consider the second prompt in my buddy Dale’s and my ongoing, K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, my mind turns to the concepts often built around the word ‘comfort’.
My prompt for you, in this second week of January, 2020 then is:
Outer Cold, Inner Warmth: The Comforts in Your Life
Okay, I know I tend to get a bit esoteric with my prompts, but hey, that’s what makes them challenging, I hope?
Anyway, we’ve got the rest of the weekend to ponder this one and then come up with a valid photographic /lyrical answer- to be shared on Monday as we like to do.
Here’s to an excellent rest of the weekend for us all. See you on Monday!
